How Long Will My Order Take?

Our products at Luxe My Party are made to order due to our personalisation service. We take time and care in ensuring your order is created to the highest standard. Therefore our service requires between 2- 14 days for full creation depending on the size of your order)

This however may be longer during busy times. You will be informed if this is the case. After this time your order will be dispatched to you.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We ship all orders with Tracked Royal Mail, so please keep in mind that delivery times may vary.

**Please note that once your order is shipped, there may be times where shipments may face delays and longer than anticipated delivery times that are beyond our control. We recommend allowing ample time for the labels to arrive before your event.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Personalised products cannot be refunded due to being a custom product.
Non- personalised products may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days.

How Do I Personalise A Product?

For personalised designs, please enter your details and/or make your selections using the in the text boxes and drop down menus provided on on the product page.

Once you fill all required fields, you can add the item(s) to your shopping cart.

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL TEXT IS CLEAR AND CORRECT- ALL ORDERS WILL BE PRINTED AS REQUESTED PERSONALISATION

How Do I Upload A Photo?

To upload a photo please use the image uploaded on the product page.

Please ensure that the images you upload for your toppers are of high quality and resolution. Low-quality or blurry images may result in unsatisfactory print quality on the toppers. As such, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide clear and suitable images for printing. We strive to deliver top-notch products and appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the best outcome for your order.

What Are Edible Toppers?

Drink toppers are edible garnishes for your drinks & can also be used on cakes if required. They are made from edible paper & icing sheets and printed to your design.

You can upload your own photo or choose to personalise one of our many designs with your choice of text.

They are the perfect addition to make any occasion special

What Are They Made Of?

Our drink Toppers are made from edible rice card and can be placed on top of hot and hot beverages or clipped onto the glass with one of our stylish pegs.

Our cake toppers are made from edible rice card or icing sheets.

What Are The Ingredients?

Modified starches (E1422, E1412), maltodextrin, glycerol, sugar, water, thickeners (E460i, E414, E415), dextrose, food colour (E171), emulsifiers (E435, E471, E491), preservative (E202), acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), artificial flavour.

Black: water, humectant (E422), propylene glycol (E490), preservative (E202), food colors (E122-carmoisine, E133, E102-tartrazine), acidity regulator(E330).

Yellow: water, humectant (E422), propylene glycol E490), preservative (E202) food color: E102 (tartrazine), acidity regulator(E330).

Magenta: water, humectant (E422), propylene glycol (E490), preservative (E202), food colours (E122-carmoisine, E124-ponceau), acidity regulator(E330).

Are They Suitable For Vegans?

Yes, our toppers are vegan friendly

Are They Gluten Free?

Yes, all our toppers are gluten free

Are they nut free?

Our toppers are nut free, however we work in an area where there may be traces of nuts.

How Do I Use The Toppers?

For best use, place each topper carefully onto the top of the cocktail/beverage so it is floating, please be careful to ensure that no liquid hits the top of the topper otherwise the ink may run.

They last up to 20 minutes before they begin to melt into the drink.

We also have a mini peg option, where each topper can be attached to your chosen glass.

Will I get an exact Colour Match?

Due to the nature of the inks and paper used, colours may not appear as vividly as photo/printer paper, we calibrate our printing press for each job in order to get a close as possible match!We do recommend avoiding heavy black/dark backgrounds as these have a tendency to curl excessively when placed on a drink.

What Quantities Can I buy?

Can I Buy Ribbon?

We sell grosgrain ribbon in a selection of colours to complement your theme.

This is sold individually on 10 metre reels.

We do not include ribbon with the boxes, simply so our customers have the option to buy ribbon or not, and to choose the colour that would most fit their occasion.
