Our Mugs are standard 11oz ceramic mugs-the perfect size for tea, coffee , hot chocolate and your favourite drinks

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?

Yes! Our mugs are dishwasher safe. However to keep the colours looking their brightest for years to come, we recommend hand washing where possible.

Can the mugs go in the microwave?

Yes, our ceramic mugs are microwave safe

Are your mugs personalised?

We offer both personalised mugs and non personalised pieces. Our personalised collections offer many designs that can be personalised with names ,initials & special messages

How long does personalisation take?

Personalised Mugs are usually made and dispatched within 2-3 working days

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. All our mug come in a standard cardboard box, however if you would like gift wrapping, we offer a luxury box with ribbon which you can add.

Can I send a mug directly as a gift?

Absolutely. We can send your order directly to the recipient within the UK. Just enter their delivery address at checkout.

Are the mugs printed in the U.K?

Yes, every mug is professionally designed and printed in our Drink Pretty Studio.

What if my mug arrives damaged?

We package every mug carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible

Do you accept returns?

We offer an exchange or refund on non personalised items. However personalised mugs cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or there is an error on our part.
